Brother in law moving in

I have written before about my brother in law buying a house right next to mine, well that whole process started in November and it has only just completed.  I thought buying my house was complicated with a 3 week delay, but taking over 5 months is just ridiculous.  He has only now realised how much work a new house is.  To start with he was determined to just paint over everything and move in.  Everyone has been trying to convincing him to do it properly the first time, while the house is empty.  I think we have got though to him because he has started to strip the wall paper in some rooms.

Although it is a mess now, it is going to look so much better now he can choose exactly how he wants it.  His wife works from home and is really looking forwards to having a full office telephone system for her business.

They were living in a flat which was far too small for some one to be working from home.  They also did not have a proper broadband connection, only mobile internet.  The internet connection was really unreliable and slow, not they have got the BT unlimited package so their broadband will always be connected.

One thing my Brother in Law likes is gadgets.  He has got a fancy alarm system, and now he is looking for a fancy new phone.  He has got his eye on one of the cordless digital phones from Panasonic.
